With over 13 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Kerry holds both an LCSW and a LADC I. Her extensive career showcases her adaptability and expertise in various roles, demonstrating her commitment to both client care and team leadership. Kerry is known for fostering a comfortable and supportive environment for clients, as well as building and strengthening her team. She consistently incorporates evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their goals and excels in maintaining organized, efficient documentation processes. Throughout her career in substance abuse and mental health, Kerry has worn many hats, successfully managing each role with professionalism and dedication. Kerry takes a hands-on approach when it comes to training new staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles. She goes above and beyond in engaging with clients, building rapport, and offering support in meaningful ways. Her ability to handle crises on the unit is unparalleled, consistently maintaining calm and effective solutions in high-pressure situations. Dr. Eric Williams
Dr. Eric J. Williams brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in medicine and addiction treatment. A proud New Jersey native, he has devoted his entire career to serving urban and suburban communities deeply impacted by addiction, with a compassionate and evidence-based approach to care.
Dr. Williams earned his medical degree from UMDNJ–New Jersey Medical School in Newark and completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Williams has been a leader in the integration of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) across a range of care settings, including inpatient, outpatient, institutional, and private practice environments. His commitment to addiction care began early—while still in medical school, he served as a Mental Health Specialist at MICA (Mentally Ill Chemically Addicted) group homes, laying the groundwork for a lifelong passion in helping those affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders.
