The Director of Nursing overseeing a 41 bed ATS and CSS detox and residential facility. I manage over 30 nurses providing 24/7 care to detoxing and dual diagnosed clients. I incorporate health and wellness into assisting individuals with substance use disorders while providing clinical supervision and program development leading to increase lengths of stay, reduction in AMA rates and improved aftercare planning.
